LOFT — Local services in Kennewick

I was sooo disappointed today at my local Loft! First of all probably half my closet is LOFT and I really like clothes. My splurges are always on clothes! Anyhow I shop in store often but online too, but today changed me. I have always been treated well and they are nice- friendly and let my son use their restroom because he always has to pee when we walk in. I also usually go in with work clothes or casual type work clothes. Today I had a tank top and yoga pants- and had been at the beach so I was tan and sweaty I'm sure! I couldn't even get a clerk to do much as smile back at me. One lady almost bumped me out of her way to retrieve a sweater for another lady. It was discraceful! I'm done here- which SUCKS because I really like the clothes there and they do petites so they actually fit! BUT... if I am not good enough in my weekend clothes then they are not good enough...

I hope the store manager or district lead reads this.

I visited on 8/27/21 around 5pm. Not good when you first walk in and you hear employees complaining that they still have two hours left in their shift. Signage was incorrect, which I asked about. Of the two employees there, the young lady (who looked like she did not want to be there) said “it was not her fault because she had just come back from being off for two days but went and grabbed the sign off the shirts which said regular priced shirts were discounted. I confirmed that the jeans signage was correct. The young man seemed pleasant, but still would rather be elsewhere. I would expect LOFT employees to be more welcoming, excited about the product, and eager to sell. I decided not to buy. I needed work clothes but I’d rather buy on the website, at least I’d feel more...

If I could give zero stars for this review I would. The person who appeared to be the manager was snappy with other sales people and so unprofessional. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help or even offered to help once I was in the dressing room. I should’ve left without purchasing anything. (Unfortunately this brand is one of a few that carries petite sizes or I would’ve left.) The check out process was the worst.
