Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Kennewick

Was 5 stars till today. I was lucky enough to meet the rudest employee ever. She was a older long blonde haired lady named debbie who proceeded to Argue with us. She swore up and down there was someone in the fitting room and when she was wrong she then rudely told me I wasn't allowed in the room anyway cause I was a guy. Well my wife is freshly recovering from breast cancer surgery and if she would have been kind for one second and talked to us she would have found out the day before the manager let us go in the other dressing room together so that way I could pull her shirt over her head because after a surgery she can't even lift her arms. But since she just had her surgery the doctor wanted her to get a bra immediately for support. So she definitely needs to learn to talk to her customers and slow down because if I had a choice I would never return to the store again. Especially at a time like this when things are emotional and scary we don't want to deal with rude people that don't care about anything but getting us in and out. But I do have to let everybody else in Victoria's Secret's is amazing a catered to my wife knowing that she's going through such a traumatic event and made it to where she feels comfortable and feels just like...

I had made a Purchase at Victorias secret near me and I was told when I went in that all the bras were $14.99 in store. When I went to check my recipt they charged me full price one being $54.95, the other being $36.95. I had talked to the manager telling her that the bras were supposed to be $14.99 she said no and you had to pay full price, but on the signs they had also outside of the store said all bras $14.99. So I had to return the $36.95 bra since it wasn't worn yet. I want to get this taken care of the right way and get the right amount charged to my bank account card of $14.99. I had gone into the store and made the purchase 1-2-2023 at 1:59pm. I had called corporate for them and they wouldn't do anything about it and I eventually had to go to the better business bureau...

I like the store but will only shop online from now on. This is suppose to be a nice adult store and all the V.S. I've been to have been that way but since moving here (Tricities) the one in the mall is a nightmare not because they have bad customer service or anything but because their are SO many kids running around in the store Last time I went there were more kids than adults in the store. WOW talk about some disrespectful kids to boot. No one had there kids under control and it was super chaotic. If I had ever acted the way those children were be having when i was a kid my mom would have spanked my butt. It was definitely annoying..
