Danisha needs to learn how to be nice and not rude when a customer is dissatisfied. Went to look at a prom dress. Several associates walked by didn't ask if we needed help. Finally got help, walked up to purchase it. She charged us 8 cents to cover it with plastic. I questioned why after paying $160 that can't be complementary. She told me Washington State passed the charge to customer, was snippy and wouldn't look at me.
