Danisha needs to learn how to be nice and not rude when a customer is dissatisfied. Went to look at a prom dress. Several associates walked by didn't ask if we needed help. Finally got help, walked up to purchase it. She charged us 8 cents to cover it with plastic. I questioned why after paying $160 that can't be complementary. She told me Washington State passed the charge to customer, was snippy and wouldn't look at me. Interesting, I see plastic reusable bag with handle and brown paper bag under RCW but not a plastic cover for prom dress. Regardless, she was rude about it. I went here with my daughters to look for a concert dress the sales associate with a grey jumpsuit was super rude to my daughter who asked where she could put the clothes she had worn and instead made her cry. She’s 13 and this sales associate was overall rude and didn’t look like she wanted to be there. Why work as a sales associate if you aren’t eager to at least answer a simple question instead you had to make a child cry. Haven’t even been inside the store yet… but drove a couple hours to the mall where this store is located on a Saturday. It is the weekend before homecoming and they were closed. There were people from as far as Canada trying to shop there as well. The store nearby theirs told us that they said management has worked all week so they wanted to take the day off!
