Max Air Trampoline Park — Attraction in Kennewick

I know there are a lot of good reviews. My review pertains to the Birthday Party Event Package. As far as the actual trampolines and jumping, kids had a great time. As for the birthday portion, well that was another nightmare. My total bill was right under $500. Let me start off by saying I was not expecting 5 stars, but I was expecting to at least be provided the things that were listed in the package I was paying for. First off, the package I paid for included: -10 jumpers for 2 hours jump time +socks -free1- hour pass for birthday jumper -party room -2-2 liter sodas -2 large pizzas -10 party favors -10 dip-n-dots -utensils -napkins -plates -a host! I will start by saying there was absolutely NO host. We arrived to the party room, there was a bag on the table with 5 napkins, 5 utensils, and 5 plates and no cups. Apparently it was 2 kids to plate, utensils and napkins... I then had to go get the front desk person because the fridge was locked and we couldn't get the liters of soda, also told them we needed more utensils, plates, napkins and we had no cups. So we were given the supplies and assured our host would be there shortly. After 35 minutes, no host had shown up, so back to the front desk, to find more guests had arrived, but apparently we were out of party wrist bands and had to pay for more, they said they had given them out to our guests. (After the party was over, come to find out they authorized more party goers on my account without ever asking me). Back to the party room we go, still no host in site, kids are out jumping having fun. We get to the point where there is 20 minutes left in our 2 hour party, still no host, and still hadn't received party favors or dip-n-dots. Finally, I go ask for the manager, he comes back, says he will take $50 off the party and waive the fee for 3 jumpers. Ok, fine, I guess. Get to cake and presents in our last 10 minutes, had to go on a hunt for cake cutting knife (my fault, should have brought one), but would have been nice to have the host I paid for so I wasn't constantly missing my son's bday party with all the time I spent walking back and forth to the front desk. So, party gets done, get out to the front to pay the remainder of the bill (amount left after leaving $125 deposit) and I was surprised the total was so much, but didn't question it much because I was now tired and irritated, kid was tired, there was lots of people around and I just wanted to get out of the place. I get home and review my bill to find that I was in fact charged for 3 extra jumpers and no $50 discount that I was promised by manager. Now, I have no problem with paying for things and I don't expect anything free. What I do expect at a minimum is to receive a service that I pay for. This is simply not the case at all. They will be receiving a very disgruntled phone call tomorrow AND I will never do business there again. For futures goers, just beware of the party services. Maybe it was just an off day, and hopefully I can give them benefit of the doubt, hopefully it's not like this all the time. For me, it put a bad taste in my mouth enough to where I simply...

A great option for a family outing. We travelled (70 miles) from out of town to take the kids to a trampoline park during winter break.

We took advantage of the (Monday) daily special, which is a family of 4 package for $50 (socks included), for 1 hour of jump time. I called ahead, since it said the evening special and the staff informed me it was good for all day.

Although this is smaller than some trampoline parks that we’ve been too, it was just right for 1 hour of fun. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful. They provide free lockers to keep your wallets/phone safe, while jumping.

My kiddos let them know the bathroom needed attention and they addressed it immediately (and thanked us for letting them know). They also had a few crane machines and vending machines (energy drinks and water), and credit card operated massage chairs. They have a kiddie area for those under 48,” which they keep well monitored. My 8 year old daughter and 10 year old niece tried to get in, and being too tall were not permitted, which I thought was a good thing. When you have littles, it’s nice for them to have a designated area, where you can ensure that they won’t get trampled on. During our hour there, I also saw a staff sanitizing the trampolines, which as a parent is always a relief (to go somewhere clean) They had screens that were playing funny (kid appropriate ) videos.

I was also mentioning to my husband that I liked the jump area setup. At other places we’ve been to, you go from the trampoline to a solid service, which can be a problem for people with injuries. I’ve had issues with my knees and sometimes that abrupt change can been too jarring. However, here I was able to jump without this issue. I enjoyed getting some exercise and playing as a family. Whereas, I typically will sit out just to avoid the chance of twisting my knee.

I paid the the $345 party package. Upon arrival they checked me in and didn't even. Take me to my party room I had to find it, when I finally found it nothing was there except a zip lock bag with 5 utensils and 5 plates. This package includes for 10 jumpers plus birthday kid. I had reserved for 22 people. I had to go to the counter numerous times and ask for what I paid for. The 2 2 liters of soda weren't opened out of the cooler, there were no cups and not even enough utensils, finally someone came back and got us extra utensils and plates and finally cups. After being there for 1 hour and 45 mins of our 2 hours, I had to go up and ask for the party favors , birthday boy present and Dippin dots, not once did I ever receive any staff to come back and check on us nor was I provided a host which it states on my receipt that I had paid for services that I didn't receive. I had no host and had to continue to go to the counter to ask for thibnsincluded with package. it is very unorganized and no fun for the parent. I trusted this company to cover and prepare the party.. also they allowed people to just add jumpers to my party and did not tell me till the end when it was time to pay and I had to pay for 3 additional jumpers. No big deal but they should get authorization from party before just charging to my party! Do not recommend andwont plan there again!! No manager on site either.
