Ordered a whole and half ham and cheese. 2 small fries and 2 drinks. While waiting for food we went to fill up drinks. Lemonade and sprite options did not work. Went to counter to see if they could fill for us. Stated they did not have sprite. I said well all the options we are trying are stating unavailable. Response of hold on I'll go check it in a sec. Ended up switching cartridges then it worked. Received sandwiches which were both made on day or older bread. Very dry nasty sandwiches. Unbelievable that this is a newer establishment and they are okay feeding their customers garbage. I know fries are portioned out but neither fry was even close to being full I would say halfway at best and that's being gracious. Frequented this location because I worked close by! The manager/shift lead was always super friendly. Very quick to make everything and ask if I needed anything else. The staff members were also pleasant and it had a comfortable feel overall. The subs were absolutely amazing but I’m definitely a sucker for the fries. I tried the sub in a bowl and that quickly became a fav as well. The two subs for $7.98 is an awesome deal! I’d literally buy one to eat and take the other home for dinner. Lived in Wisconsin the better part of my life. Moved away. Was up in the area for an event, and decided to visit an icon of Wisconsin. I was highly disappointed with the order. Requested an Italian sub and received an Club sub. Was extremely disappointed, because I was set on this sandwich. Not often in the area, so I really was looking for to the sub.
