Lucky you! You can see this place on Google Maps! I put it here because I wanted to mark the fact that my wife and I had been here, but there was no labeled place to mark. It turns out that the place was so new, it couldn't even be seen on Street View. When we rolled into Kent that day in Oct 2017, this was near where we happened to park, and it was a good place to start our enjoyment of beautiful Kent.
I have learned now, directly by email from the Kent Chamber of Commerce, that the hours are 8am-8pm, 7 days a week, except for Jan, Feb, and Mar, when it'll be open Fri, Sat, and Sun during hours not yet known.
"The Welcome Center includes a directory and map highlighting Chamber [of Commerce] members and visitor attractions.
"The features of the Welcome Center include not only bathrooms, but also outdoor showers (coin operated), water bottle filler, electrical outlets for charging devices and trash & recycling bins.
"The Welcome Center is located behind the Kent Station Pharmacy and in between Webster Bank and the Railroad Square."
