UPDATE (Responding to owner's comments below): Just like we discussed on the phone, there were red shift issues with your canvas material that you could not solve at the time...you even stated you were looking into other canvas materials because of it. When I consulted in the office, I over heard another client having the exact same issue with the same material. Yes, some discounts were applied to other issues unrelated to the red shift problem, but the red shift issue was never able to be overcome. I didn't even touch on the quality control issues with the splotchy metals or black and white tiles that turned green or brown. My original post was an attempt to provide a somewhat gracious close to the relationship. However, I'm disappointed to read your response and find it was not quite a fair representation of the situation.

ORIGINAL POST: This was one of my favorite labs for years. I really like the people here and have been with them from the beginning of the Fine Art venture. Unfortunately, this past year has been a difficult one for them with Quality Control. The errors are so frequent it has cost me a lot of time and money. While they were good about returning money in the end, the bigger deal for me was having to scramble to find other solutions and then apologize profusely to my clients for being 2-3 weeks late on delivering their orders. I hope this is a sign of growing pains they will be able to move...

I had my easel backed decorative tiles printed by NW fine arts printing based on images from my original art work. The result was beyond my expectations. The colors were true to the original, clear and luminous. The easel backing was professional looking. I put 4 of them in the gallery and they sold within the first week. They were priced above others i saw in shows but the quality was so good that they sold regardless of the higher narket price. Outstanding work and will cover all printing needs. I recently went to Northwest Fine Art Printing to have a photo printed onto canvas and these guys knocked it out of the park! Not only was their customer service wonderful and very helpful, but the print itself turned out amazing. EXACTLY what I was looking for. Other places want to charge much higher fees and have much worse customer service. Not these guys, I was astounded at how great of a job they do at such a reasonable price. I will be returning if I ever need photo printing done...
