For starters I have never left a review of any type of service so that should tell you something, and if you have a broken phone and are questioning whether or not to go here, PLEASE READ THIS! I have been walking around with a broken IPhone XR for months now because most every place I went to wanted at least $300 for a repair because I had a cracked screen with dead spots throughout the middle, I called in, was answered immediately, and was told he could see me right away. I showed up admittedly skeptical because it was in the back of a grocery store but was greeted with an open friendliness as soon as I walked in the door. It's not a fancy operation and it doesn't need to be because this guy IS A WIZARD AT REPARING PHONES! He took one look at it, instantly knew what the problem was and a half hour later he had my phone looking brand spanking new, right back in my hands. He also threw in a screen protector for free! (This was just my experience I'm not saying that this is a guarantee). If you have read this far into my review THERE IS ABSOLUTLEY NO REASON YOU SHOULDN'T GO SEE HIM FOR ANY OF YOUR PHONE NEEDS! IT'S IN THE GROCERY STORE! (walk in, then go left toward the back corner along the wall). I went to this place after reading the extensive positive reviews on multiple sites. I needed a broken screen replaced quickly at a decent price. I'd called the day before, and the owner was pleasant and told me he could fix it easily. When I went in, he was helping another customer (who also seemed satisfied), then he took my phone. Within about 20 minutes it was fixed! (It would have been less time, but I wasn't in a hurry and let him help another customer in between.)

The work was excellent, and the price was reasonable: about $150 for a replacement screen on an iPhone 11 plus a new screen protector. It's clear that the owner takes pride in his work and is concerned about being honest. We talked about the unfortunate current situation with the cost of foreign parts rising, and it sounds like he's still trying to be fair to his customers, even though he can't help that it's costing the business more and he has to pass along some of that cost.

I hope I don't need more phone repair for myself or anyone in my family. But if I do, this is where I'll go. (And I don't even live in Kent -- I drove about a half hour to get to this place because of...
