I wish I could not give any star to them! this was the first time we planned to go and try their food, the traffic was horrible and it took us 1 hrs 22 minutes! when we got there, this place was busy, and people were getting groceries , we placed our order, but we noticed these people hardly understood English, but we went on the table to wait for our food and table chair they all were so dirty, we cleaned ourself, then after 15 minutes I went to check on our food, she said 5 minutes more, we all were so hungry, then after 5 minutes I went to ask again, she said 3 more minutes, I just wanted to mention here it's a self service, if you need to get your food , you have keep checking on them by yourself , they not gonna bring it to you, second thing when we got our food it was all in boxes, like when you take food for take out, it was not in plate , only boxes, when we got our order, it was totally wrong order, we didn't get the lamb, 18.99 only 4 breast small pieces came with uncooked rice , we placed an order again for food and they gave us uncooked meat , the food , the place was nasty , I would say this to everyone please don't waste your time to go, when we talk to them that what kind of service you all give to your customer , this guy freak out at us, they all were so rude , the girl with big lips , extension eye lashes has a very bad attitude, was saying it's not my fault, I didn't do any mistake to make your order wrong , it is your fault because you're so poor in understanding English this place is highly pricy and food is not fresh at all please don't waste time , I wish I could get my money back, my daughter picked KitKat chocolate and when I looked at it, it was expired so make sure you look at the date before you...

Man, I’m actually sad to be writing this review because I was actually rooting for this place, but unfortunately a lot of bad experiences have soured my experience as a costumer here: first being the girl at the cash register, Zeinab I believe is her name, is extremely rude and will be the reason you lose many costumers. I am focusing mainly about my experience with Zeinab- I’m not sure what her problem is, but maybe she should be in a different line of work or placed in the back where she does not interact with costumers. I know for a fact many people have complained and there are even reviews about her right here on google maps. Today was our last straw, my husband went in to buy a few items and she was there at the register with the same nasty attitude she always has.

Another thing I want to address is the inconsistency of the quality of the food. The first couple of times we ordered the food was fantastic, however the last couple of times we’ve had kebab and roasted chicken they were cold, fatty and flavorless. As many others have mentioned the shelves are not checked so there are items that are expired (that I’ve had to return to the store and deal with Zeinab again) and things that do not have a price tag- that again, Ms Stank attitude had to ring up with a random price.

We will not be returning and I know for a fact that many of our friends haven’t returned because of the terrible costumer service and inconsistency with the quality...
