What a pleasant and quick walk in the park. Exactly what I needed. It was too cold for anything more. We originally came for the dog park, but the park has a weird layout so we parked in the wrong area. I think there are 2 or 3 different entrances to the park so you might have to try a few times to park next to what you want.
There is an area for bbqs, walking trails, kids play areas, fields, and a dog park. Plenty to do for the whole family. I'll have to come back to have a small BBQ one of these days.
Fyi, the restrooms were locked, but I think there was another restroom area on the other side of the park. It was too cold so we never made it far enough to the side with the dog park. I'm my photos I only have 1 half of the park. Behind and on the righr side of where I'm standing is were the rest of the park is. There is a small forest line kind of separating the areas.
