My family and I stopped by here after visiting other stores in the area so we could relax a little before our drive back to Oregon. The place is definitely a whole-in-the-wall and run down looking. None of us were greeted nicely, let alone at all, and no smiles or thank you for your purchases. We purchased gross oily tasting jalebi, chai (nothing special) that was so hot you can’t even drink it right away (and they forgot to give to us after waiting for 10 minutes in the side of their space that is very limited seating), a box of veggie samosas (tasted ok, sometimes soapy), ladoos (tasted good), and barfi (not good). We had been sitting for about 10 minutes while waiting for our chai teas and tasting what we had bought when one of the girls came out and asked us “how long are you planning on sitting there because we are getting busier.” We told her we are still waiting for our 6 chai teas! She took a moment to process and said “oh I’ll bring those, do you want sleeves?” We said no thank you and that once we drink our tea we will leave. Another girl brought the tea and it was super hot that you couldn’t even drink it right away without badly burning yourself. We didn’t appreciate being asked when we were going to leave after spending money there. In fact, that’s rude to ask customers. I could understand if we had been sitting there for an hour but 10 minutes while waiting for our chai, really?! Then, the people who came in after us literally stood in the same room staring at us, waiting for us to leave and saying rude things about us. Save your money and don’t support businesses who are this way to their customers and don’t make good...
Read moreThis restaurant is master of food scam Girl working on the counter is so rude & vulgar when you complain then back regarding anything that is wrong in your order. She behaved like their food can never be wrong. Just had first hand experience with her today afternoon As i was tell her that some food was undercooked & some food looks old as chicken was smelling like a fish but she immediately started shouting on me & used abusive language, ultimately after little argument my GF took my phone to talk to her but she won’t stop & finally my GF hungul the call. We called them later & their she again in same tone where she left & than she called another person saying he is the owner & cook. Though he did not abusive words but won’t admit that anything can be wrong ( Also we can still hear that girl shouting in the back & another person trying to stop her) Their last answer was don’t order food from us if you don’t like food cooked by us & i said so are we supposed to like smelly chicken & undercooked food & he said eating it one time won’t kill you or stop ordering.. Thank You for taking our money for bad food & than telling us what can kill us...
Read moreI was craving Indian food and I Googled Indian food and this restaurant was one of the results. I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and it was great! The chicken was very tender and the sauce flavorful. Quantity and price was a pleasant surprise two people could easily share this dish. The chef came out and greeted me and threw in some fry bread that was light and good. I was helped by a young girl no older than 11 who was very personable and efficient. She took my order, inquired about desired spiciness and processed my payment. I didn't give it 5.0 because looking from the outside I almost didnt go in because it looked and the inside could use some sprucing up so I would not sit down and eat inside. Overall I would go back and eat here. I like to support small businesses and try new...
