Decent Picket Up spot, lousy in store shopping sums up this place pretty well. Picking up online orders from Staples themself can be a hit or miss situation as the staff in the store really don't know what they are doing with the system and struggle to find packages or to figure out if one is even available. You can get the email, call ahead etc and show up to find nothing there for you.
By far the store being a pick up/drop off station for UPS packages is far more useful. In terms of the store though they basically have nothing. If your lucky they have one or two products of any kind with no variety to choose from. It doesn't matter if it's a mic, headphones or a modem. You get like two models to choose from, sometimes from the same brand and thats it.
Oh and the staff on hand usually have no idea about anything. Not just helping you decide what to buy but even where it's located in the store. So many things are put in "special displays" on the end of isles or little stands not even the staff knows where anything really is. Oh and the price is nearly always the most expensive of any where else you might get the same product. That used to be a decent expense for the convenience of going to a store and picking up instantly but now mostly every thing is "online only" which translates into several days or weeks of wait for it to ship...
Read moreThis is literally the worst staples to go to for printing services. I frequently visit this staples for printing needs for my small business and their print department simply sucks. I place online orders to avoid confusion in what I need in terms of paper size, paper type, etc. and even by doing so, their print department will likely mess up my order and I will have to wait in the store while they correct it. It is not uncommon for them to fail to call when your order is ready. 9/10 I have to call them to verify if the order is completed because I never heard back from them by the completion time. Today’s experience was different, the employees didn’t know the difference between the different paper types they offer for posters, at the end of the conversation I simply paid and left with the poster they had printed even though I knew it was on the wrong paper type AND I paid to have it expedited and they didn’t even call to tell me it was ready. Read moreI decided to have an online purchase delivered to the store to avoid delivery charges which it was estimated a week which was to be expected. I was waiting for a confirmation email that my product had been successfully delivered and it was past the estimated time of arrival by two weeks. I decided to go into the store to see where my order was and they spent an hour looking for it to than tell me they had lost and would reorder it for me. Waste of time. I now have to wait another two weeks at the least to get my product since the closest warehouse was out of stock of the item. I also made some purchases in store at the time since what is one to do while waiting for them to find my order than look around.
