We are dealing with Taj since 2019, and visiting them on all festival and birthday purchases.

They are very nice, gives us plenty of time to decide and we always had best purchase experience with them, we even chit chat about back home stories.

Why they are different:

1. Trust Worthy: So far whoever we dealt before Taj, misused our trust on second visit by billing more than market rates or using over the spot rate in calculations. While in 2yrs, Taj always used same method to compute current rate per gram for jewelry(spot+making+tax+wastage) and we found no error or additional markup like other places. Now they are our one stop for all Jewelry purchase

2. Exceptional exchange experience: We had an exceptional experience of jewelry exchange that was little big in size Taj team was very helpful and shown full interest to help us decide the exchange, that too in rush of festival season, which is very hard to find, most seller don't show proper interest in jewelry exchange customers.

Make sure when you buy gold you see the weight and the price properly . I’ve visited that place couple times and everytime we spend a lot of money and bought something. But there is a lady who is very rude with customers and behaved very badly last time when I went there . I needed to sell something . A chain which I bought from them, I took it for 5k. That too they didn’t give me the same chain I ordered. They took 3 months saying they’re making that chain. But after 3 months they said they couldn’t make it happen. So they have something else in stock, if we want to buy that. When we have the order we already gave more than the full amount . When we took the chain they’re about to give some money back . But they made a fake receipt 🧾 and showed me that I didn’t give the full amount for the chain. In the receipt there was overwriting the amount multiple times .
