Extremely nice, helpful, and professional! Helped me get a very custom set of shirts and I could not be happier with them. This is a wonderful company that truly cares about their customers and the products they provide. I know Dragonfly can get very busy due to their great quality and how much I hear word of mouth, and from previous purchases I knew it could take a week or two, but I went in early and talked about what I was wanting and got everything planned out to best match my personal schedule (including full time student, out of town employee, and 45 minute drive) and their hours. If it wasn't for Dragonfly, my three little sisters wouldn't have gotten their Christmas presents - if they did, I know it wouldn't have been what I wanted to truly give them and what they deserve. there is not a single bad thing that could be said about this place that could possibly be true - if there is a complaint then plan better because getting what you want takes time and not the last minute. I was very upset with them, I had driven there multiple times in the past two weeks and they were closed because their hours never matched up from online. I am a full time student and then work about 30 hours a week, and I was free this week to finally go when I knew for sure they would be open. After driving 45 minutes in traffic and trying to find parking, they turn me away or I could wait and have to pay triple the amount of what it would normally cost to get a monogram done, because of the holidays their cut off was Monday but that is not stated anywhere so how was I to know. Our environment is extremely busy and can be chaotic at times. Jill has always had an incredible amount of patience with us. She offers advice and suggestions when we need her.
