Been ordering here for years.. mostly because they're the only delivery option late night.. satisfaction all around has been hit or miss but this last experience definitely earned a below average rating... Firstly, our online order included a 2 liter of Coke. They did not call to inform us that they were out of Coke and ask if we had a second choice or would prefer to remove the 2 liter from our order. Instead they just showed up with a 2 liter of Sprite. A) totally unprofessional and lazy and B) we don't even like Sprite. Secondly, the provided salad to dressing ratio was way off. And lastly-the kicker-there was a small shard of something in my salad. It sliced the inside of my mouth towards my throat. It is painful every time my tongue inevitably moves across it. Now, I understand that stuff happens.... But, when I called to tell them what happened, instead of immediately apologizing and offering some kind of reassurance, the guy on the phone was kind of defensive, mumbled something about how their lettuce is bagged lettuce (apparently that makes it not their fault or something?) , and only after I mentioned that it hurts did he offer an apology along with a promise to "check the bagged lettuce." Seeing as how I had to throw away the majority of my $8 salad (with insufficient dressing) I am left feeling quite dissatisfied and turned off from eating there again...

I love EuroGyro; it's a go-to spot for when friends and I want to go out drinking. Their pizza and sides are tasty and filling, their bartenders are skilled and friendly, their shot prices are cheap (usually having a daily/weekly special for $4 or below,) they have good music, (I think so at least,) and if you don't think so they have a Touchtunes jukebox where you can pay to play whatever you want. The atmosphere depends heavily on what time you go there, with it of course getting busier and more riotous the later at night you go.

The only downside I've noticed in my trips here is the size of the building. It's on the smaller side, and a lot of the area inside is seating, so if you're coming here looking for an open floor to dance on, you might be disappointed. Additionally, at peak hours you may be waiting a while to get your food/order another drink, because there's a limited number of bartenders that can fit in the area behind the bar. To be honest though, this is such a minor problem that it feels like I'm just nitpicking.

Long story short, if you want a chill establishment to hang out, drink, and eat at until late, EuroGyro is your place. You can also smoke on the upstairs patio, weather permitting. Give them a shot next time you feel like hitting the bar, and order a Fireball with Redbull on the...

What a great little place! EuroGyro has pizza, burgers, sandwiches, beers and cocktails. A nice variety of food.

My husband and I attended Kent State in 1969- 1971 (I went 2 years, he continued and graduated). This is the 3rd time we came back to revisit those wonderful times, and it was by far the best.

The one thing I was determined to do was eat pizza (for several reasons it was a big part of our time together at Kent). Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find a pizza place on campus that has dine-in, let alone is open before 4:00 pm??! That was the weirdest thing to me.

Well after many calls and tries, we were about to give up, but I made a last ditch effort and called EuroGyro. Yes, they were open. Yes, they had dine-in! And they were only a couple minutes away.

We walked in and ordered the best mushroom, pepperoni, and double cheese pizza I have had in a long time, and a couple cokes.

The pizza came to our table a few short minutes later, hot and steaming. It was heaven. One of the best pizzas I've had, honestly.

The people were friendly, the service was great, and the atmosphere made me feel like I was back at school -- dark, with great music, like any good bar.

When we visit Kent State again in the future, I'm pretty sure I know where we'll eat....

This is a mixed review - my husband said his food was salty but tasty. We both agreed that the value of his food was reasonable. The sandwich was $5.99 and the loaded JoJos were $4.99. My salad, on the other hand, was VERY small for the nearly 6 dollars I paid. There was no meat on it so I was expecting a good sized dinner salad, not a small side salad. I think $4 would’ve been a fair price. I also ordered regular Joe Joe’s which were quite fairly priced at $3. My food was overly salty as well… both the salad dressing (albeit delicious) and the JoJos. The order was done on time. The staff was friendly. If you are a salt restricted diet this is NOT the place for you!

To call this subterranean " pub " a dive bar is generous After reading the menus online I was intrigued... Once I walked thru the door and smelt the establishment, I felt I should play it safe. I ordered the Italian burger. What arrived would be what I would best describe as an overcooked chunk of shoe leather on a week old dry bun. Yes it did include a single pepperoni slice, and some wilted lettuce and mushy tomato - oh and don't forget the packet of creamy Italian dressing..... Well, check this one off the bucket list ..... 🙄 If your in town, and glutton for punishment... Try it.
