Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Kent

I am a third party delivery driver. I was here waiting on a delivery and needed to pee and asked the manager if they would please let me use the bathroom given that i was being forced to wait and that they knew there were no local open bathrooms. The manager here told me there was "no way he could do that" which is super super crazy because i literally have done it at other area papa johns (ravenna and others). Maybe act like human beings and treat people like human beings. It literally takes no time or effort to be reasonable or kind. This experience has convinced me to never go here again to buy food for eating myself, as the ownership clearly doesn't care at all about people if they would literally rather force me to pee myself vs let me use their bathroom when im literally forced to wait here. Food was good as it usually is. My complaint is with the delivery guy. He said I don't have a pen for you to sign the receipt. I said no problem I will get a pen.(I want to sign off on what I got charged for!) He had a clip board of receipts. He pulled up one but it was not mine. I looked through the receipts to find ours and couldn't so had him find it for me. I signed it. Our delivery guy apparently rolled his eyes and got annoyed when I was looking for our receipt. Bad customer service!! I don't Blame the 60 year old delivery guy. He is only as good as his training.( I didn't realize it took that much training to provide great customer service). I won't be ordering from this Papa John's again. I work for a major retailer and let me tell you..its all about customer service. Papa John's...why not take oh say 10 minutes and get this guy...

I thought ordering and paying online would make getting my meal foolproof. Upon arrival to pick it up, I was told someone had already done so. Apparently, all you have to do to get pizza here is give your first name.....not show ID, a confirmation number or receipt. So I waited in the store with my kids while they remade my order. Then for some reason they had to cancel, re-ring and re-charge me. For all my inconveniences, I was given....free sauces. Woop-dee-doo! Cheese bread was dry and hard and pizza barely had any cheese on it. An overall joke. Won't return. UPDATE: Management has contacted to apologize and issue a full refund.
