I really didn’t want to give the food anything less than four stars because it was good—not the best, but definitely good. However, I felt compelled to leave a review because when I visited around 1:30 PM, everyone behind the counter was rude—except the person who took my payment. No one greeted me, and the guy who took my order just grabbed a bowl and stared at me. What kind of behavior is that? I was so busy I brushed it off, but then my daughter went there around 8 PM, which is a 20-minute drive, and she was still bothered by the experience. I hadn’t even told her about the poor customer service until she mentioned that the guy at the counter just stared at her too. This was the first visit for both of us, and it will definitely be the last time we set foot in that location. I don’t give businesses second chances to treat me poorly. If you show me bad customer service the first time, you lose my business for good. To anyone else who reads this and has had a similar experience—don’t go back. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially when you’re friendly and spending your money. Even if you’re not overly friendly, you’re still a paying customer. There’s no excuse for such a bad attitude toward people you don’t even know. I have a business also and have nothing short of 5 star reviews and if it ever drops, I will be sure to address matters immediately! In other words, fire your staff and get a better team...
Read moreI have been a Bipibop fan since the Canton location opened years ago, so of course I was extremely excited for the Kent location to open since that's where I attend college. Being gluten free for the past 5 years, Bipibop has always offered me the yummiest, healthiest food that is cost effective, especially since there are very few gluten free "quick service" chains.
Last night, my boyfriend and I were out at the Randolph Fair for the evening and wanted to grab dinner quickly before heading back home for the night. We online ordered Bipibop for pick-up and when we arrived to pick it up, the ladies at the counter were super apologetic about how many items on our order were out of stock for the night. Knowing we had ordered close to the store's closing, I even offered to just get a refund and we would come back tomorrow and re-order when they had everything in stock again. The two ladies and the manager, Chris, were so polite and offered to give us free double protein, cookies, and a drink. The manager, Chris, even told us to come back the next day and our next bowls would be on the house. We were ecstatic! Thank you so much Bipibop team for making our night and our next day as well.
We already had Bipibop on the top of our list for take-out nights, but we will obviously continue to support this business as it has always been an amazing experience. Thank you for making this gluten free...
Read more10/10 would not recommend ordering from this location. I like Bibibop and have been to multiple other locations with no issues. We have eaten here twice since it opened and will not be returning. Both times the portions were about half of what I have gotten at other locations. The first time we went the staff members were alright, not super friendly/helpful but not rude either. Today the staff was incredibly rude. The guy adding the toppings in was the worst. He didnt talk to or acknowledge us, just grabbed our bowl in a line of people and acted like it was bothering him to add what we wanted. On top of the terrible customer service they were also out of a lot of toppings. Broccoli, onions, and eggs at a minimum. He wouldn't go in the back to get more either, just basically refused to serve us and moved to the next person. Definitely would not recommend eating here. And again I can't strees how small the portions were. The bowl wasn't even half full. I would add a picture to show you but I couldn't figure out how.
