My fiance and I have been going to this lawn shop for 6 years. We normally sell items or get a loan . 99% of the time we are back at time to get our belongings back. At first, this would be the first pawn shop we would go to. Recently (couple days ago) we went in to get a pawn out. My fiance ran out to the car and I was in the middle aisle just looking around. The guy who is always there (I believe he may be Chinese dependent) was in a aisle next to the one I was in him. He started talking crap about me fiance and I, "that guy and that girl are just something else, Everytime they come here" I over heard him say to someone who appeared to be a knew employee (who was an older gentleman and two other people. He was extremely unprofessional, had no consideration of other people what so ever!!! I will never do business there again. On top of all that. The Owner was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the right product for the right price. His employee Bryson's ability to locate products among the store was phenomenal and ge always knew what he was talking about and if he didn't he quickly found out.
