Moore's has a great selection in store and through their catalog. We ordered several pieces of furniture: couch, two chairs, a bookcase, a dining table, and server (on backorder).

I have to say that I was a little disappointed in our sales person as I got little follow up once the purchases were made. I contacted her regarding an issue with the sofa, and she never got back with me. However, the office staff was extremely helpful and got it taken care of. They were also great at helping track the orders and scheduling our deliveries. As I said, we did have a quality control issue with the sofa. It certainly wasn't Moore's fault but Jim came out to take care of it and it looks perfect now. He also came out to tighten the bases of our swivel chairs. He's knows his stuff!

Delivery was easy - scheduled with an hour and a half window and they always called when they were on their way. It was obvious that the delivery people took care of the furniture as well as being extremely careful about our home. The last delivery was made by Shannon and Zack and they did an equally impressive job.

I’ve seen several reviews that mention cost and delivery time. We found a wide range of prices, depending on the brands. Our chairs were custom ordered and cost less than they would have if we had bought them directly through La-Z-Boy. My son who lives in the Panhandle called Moore’s and spoke to Jaye about ordering a Tempur-Pedic bed for my birthday. Jaye handled everything and was very professional and courteous to him and to my husband and me. She ordered the bed and set up a time for delivery when we were ready. Everything went smoothly! Thank you Jaye for your kindness and professionalism! We are glad you are there working for all customers. On delivery day, Shannon called to let us know they were coming to deliver my bed. He and Zach removed my old bed and set up my new one. Shannon explained in detail how to operate the bed and what to do if the electricity were to go off during the night. Both Shannon and Zach were polite and upbeat! I would give both an A+! Thank you Shannon and Zach. Then, Mike and Robert came immediately afterwards and brought with them the piece that would attach the headboard to the bed frame. They, too, were very polite and upbeat! Thank you Mike and Robert! We appreciated your expertise in this matter. I have shopped and bought furniture from Moore’s for the last 30 years and I have always been satisfied with their furniture and service. I remember I always dealt with Virginia when she was there and before her retirement. She was the best and always saw to it that I got the best deal possible. Thank you Moore’s. It has been a true challenge moving from Nevada to Texas. Thank you to Moore's Home Furnishings for making the move worth it. Our new furniture is wonderful. We moved here around the 20th of June. We were able to get some of our new furniture right away, but was told in advance that some would come 2 weeks later. When the new furniture arrived the delivery team was prompt and very courteous. I really appreciated Shannon and Jack taking their time and answering my questions. Finally the rest of the furniture arrived at the store. I received a phone call to set up delivery time. I was so excited, only to have a large flood come through and block incoming traffic from getting to my home. Bonnie called from the store apologizing for the delay, which was completely beyond their control and understandable. We set up a new date. The day came and still problems getting through, but the guys were unstoppable and made it to the house for delivery. Thank you to Jake and Eric for waiting in a line of traffic to make the delivery. Again very courteous and helpful. Last but not least thank you to Marissa for taking the time and walking miles of the store helping me find the perfect items for our home.
