Jo's yoga class is AWESOME! This is not a cookie cutter or routine class. She flies by the seat of her pants. She asks what the class wants or needs to work on and creates a custom class each time. She has the knowledge of anatomy and physiology to know how to twist you up, work out your kinks and make you feel great! Sometimes I leave the class feeling relaxed and energized and sometimes I feel like I just climed a mountain and still energized. Each class is a different experiance for me but I always leave feeling great. Jo can talk technical gargon and explain why each pose works, her knowledge is vast and incredible. What I really like is she doesn't use all of the yoga terms that really doesn't matter to most of the class, if you want it she has it. If you are like me the reminders of ropes pulling my waist up, or that there is a pointed spike just under by butt, keep me in proper position and in good spirits. If that doesn't work she gently moves you and I'm often surprised how much better and sometimes easier it feels when she gives you a gentle nudge. She is very in tune with each students limits and does an excellent job guiding you to proper pose without over doing it. She is a bubbly, happy person and I always feel welcome and cozy in her classes. If all that isn't enough she is so reasonably priced with convient hours. If you are looking for a class that talks about chakras and lets you relax and meditate for long periods of time the classes may not be for you, but I bet she could do it one on one. I love that the class is about an hour of stretching, working, bending, twisting with 5 minutes of relaxation at the end. I have 2 young kids so getting the most out of my freetime is important. Get there early, sometimes classes are busy. There are every shape, size, age, and ability and she can help all. I know you will not find a bad review on her. You will not be...

Read moreThe best yoga class I have ever taken...no exaggeration- his includes many States and Countries, and a retreat. It going to feel different, it's going to challenge you athletically, it will continue to kick your @$$ for days. This is the type of yoga which alters your functional movement and quality of life...it takes true educated professionals to lead their community on this journey against the widely excepted stretch classes. The kind you read about people do to alter their health status, but your typical yoga class jist doesn't seem to be getting the same results. In comparison, relaxation massage vs. the type that moves fluids, flushes toxins, and causes full body responses...this is how high quality this yoga is! (They also offer massage at this level of education and professionalism) HIGHLY...
