Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Kettering

I use the like coming here but after my experience on Friday night 5/21/21 me and my wife ordered online and I went to go pick it up someone came to the counter and ask me if I had a order I told him yes he go’s and looks for it and another employee in the back was making pizza boxes and they fallen off the counter but one and that. Person punch that pizza box so hard if the Covid 19 safety barrier was not in front of the register the box would’ve hit me in my face the manager seen it and did not say nothing I had to make a complaint on there Customer service email line the manager email me back and had a attitude saying my employee was not mad and I told you it was taking care of that doesn’t give anyone the right that works at papa Johns to punch a pizza box at someone so if you go to this papa Johns if I was you I would look out for Pizza boxes flying toward you after someone punches it I will take my business elsewhere to another pizza place maybe I should start going to Jetz pizza where the employees do not punch boxes towards any...

Placed an order tonight at 6 p.m. almost exactly. Said online that delivery should be 20 to 30 minutes 45 minutes after ordering we received an update that said our order will take between 119 minutes to 129 minutes.. at 7:02 p.m. the store physically called us to tell us that we were looking at another hour before we got our food we told them as long as it was hot and fresh that that was fine. At 8:30 we called back and got some call center in India. They were confused couldn't find our order and then connected us to the store. The store told us the guy was out to deliver our food no apology for being two and a half hours or anything else basically just hung up. Food arrived at 8:35 p.m. lukewarm and not appetizing. We ordered a meat pizza at the locks and two orders of cheese bread. The cheese bread was dried out as if it had been sitting and was chewy to the point where it was basically an edible. We will never order from here again absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing for them. Completely...

Update: against my better judgment, I tried this establishment again. I called in an order at 6 pm with a scheduled pick-up time of 7:15. My wife picked up the pizza at 7:05 and it was ready for pick-up. The receipt says the pick-up was scheduled for 6:45 pm. The pizza was cold and it looked like it was missing a significant amount of cheese (picture for reference). I don't know how this establishment managed to top their last performance, but bravo, this one took the cake. 1 star rating.

Their stuffed crust pizza is great when baked well, but the last two times the dough has been so flimsy that when you go to pick up a slice, everything just slides off, cheese included. Aside from the pizza being prepared 10 minutes late from a scheduled pick-up that was made hours in advance, I understood when I walked in and they only had 2 employees running the restaurant.
