Read moreI recently switched my wireless service from Verizon to ATT. We had purchased phones through Verizon and were making payments on them with our monthly statements. I knew I would be responsible to pay for the phones and had planned on doing so. The monthly statements were automatically withdrawn from my savings account. Shortly after switching, Verizon the took it upon themselves to just remove the entire amount from my account without notification of this action, nor did the provide me with an invoice explaining the charges. The withdrawal was made from my savings account on 3/13/2025. I called customer service on 3/14/25 and spoke to a representative. I explained the issue to him. He then told me that he would put a copy in the mail on Monday and I should receive it by Friday. He also told me that he would send a description of the charges to my email address while online with him. The email never came through. He said maybe I had a slow connection to continue to wait. I told him I had received five emails since he told me he sent it and none of them were from Verizon, I then gave him another email address to send it to and I went through the same issue. No email arrive. And still have not arrived just as the invoice he promised has not arrived. I still do not know what exactly what I was charged for and I feel they are purposely delaying it knowing that I need to turn in this invoice to ATT to get rebates that would cover the cost of the phones that has to be turned in within 60 days in order for me to get the rebates. Read moreI went to this store to purchase an iPad for my daughter. While there we also discussed other things such as a different data plan etc. One person told me I would save $100 by switching to the new unlimited plan which thankfully I have 3 years of experience in the cell phone industry so I knew this was not true so after breaking it down to her how she's wrong she seemed offended. I sat there for several hours (actually had to leave and come back at one point) waiting for them to activate this brand new iPad i was buying out right on a line from this store. I have 10 lines so I even paid a couple lines off while there and was adding this iPad to one of those. She added the iPad line but for some reason it wouldn't work. Who knew what was going on. Then the one lady said she would meet me at another Verizon store the next day with the iPad and all would be set up and ready to go. I leave and go the store we were supposed to meet and indeed she lied. I called the store several times and either I couldn't get through to anyone or the people who worked that day weren't there.
