I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by of all people the owner of Largo Cargo. My mother was down on vacation from Maryland and purchased a long sleeve shirt Only to find out that it was too small And she did not have time to return it before her flight left therefore she left it with me to do the return for her. I am a local and have been for over 15 years. I went in with my receipts and the shirt to be told by the store employee that They could only do an exchange so I asked to speak with a manager. (It had only been 2 days after the purchase was made As shown on the receipt) The owner came down with a very unkind Attitude towards me and after a little bit of going back-and-forth arguing about not wanting to give me a refund she finally agreed to do it. As she went to process it she told me the system would not allow her to if I did not have the original payment method, I explained that my mother lives in Maryland and I already left and she told me with a very nasty attitude there was nothing she could do For me. I explained to her how much I felt that was very bad business especially with all the people I referred to them and She definitely made it very aware that she could care less what I was talking about. I have never seen an owner or manager act in this manner and as far as I’m concerned I most definitely will not be returning nor will I refer anyone to shop...
