Winn-Dixie — Local services in Key Largo

I am so tired of the rudeness across the store including the manager. The cashier that wears the face mask is the most un/friendly unhelpful person in the store beside that the store is messy the product is messy on shelves and not properly filled this is everyday all times of day. Today the masked cashier did not acknowledge me with simple greeting. When he realized I was not going to bag my own items which I typically do he threw into bag and treated the 2 flowers I purchased poorly by pushing them to me. Was not going to give me my receipt until I asked of course no thank you. Horrible I already called the manager nicely some time ago to no avail. . District manager and SM clearly do not encourage friendly because it would happen if they did. To be fair I am sure there are a few friendly associates I have not come across. On the sales floor when stocking product typically the associate is all over the aisle blocking and does not acknowledge customers or at least move the carts out of the way for the customer. Many items are not priced so leads me to believe this is a poorly operated store overall. I try really hard to stay away from this store. I just went in for eggplant milk which I need today all other items can wait...

People are So So Nice here the workers are so helpfull and friendly. I come here alot and theDeli girls most of them know me my name and always a friendly hello ....produce all of them there are helpfull too.Daniel one of the store managers I love and So DOES alot of people he is always smiling and is always so helpful and not just to the customers the employees there all live him ...George the head man therewhen he is out and about checking things is a very nice guy ..as for customer service they have a young man there that is so nice and helps you with everything and so is the girlwith the blonde hair that runs around helping every cashier customer and so on I GOT TO SAY THEY ARE THE STOE TO GO TO ..PRICES ARE GOOD AND THEY EVEN TAKE PUBLIX COUPONS Hey and a heads up the new publix in islandmora is way over price on there stuff ...nice store but there prices are higher then thrre key largo store what a rip...

This store has really gone through a dip in quality, specifically in pricing, additudes and environmental care. The last few times my family has purchased things there has been items that have molded or had water damage. Finding things below market price is increasingly challenging and deals are harder to find. The store also no longer provides paper bags which is a real shame for our local marine environment and animals. staff additudes are generally a bit distant or unprofessional. Proximity and habit are the only reasons I still even utilize this store but knowing they don't even try to eliminate plastic use, its likely to be less for me. Publix as an alternative provides several BOGO deals options better respecting of our fish and island animals. And staff that will walk you to aisles if you need help, as well as famous subs. This one might need to turn into an Aldi to get...
