Subway — Restaurant in Florida

We came in early to grab lunch for the day out on our boat. When we walked in the lady at the register never acknowledged or said a word to my husband and I. Instead after about 3 minutes of awkward stare off she called for the lady in the back to come help us with our order. The lady that assisted from the back was very nice, however once we checked out, the original lady (who apparently was doing some kind of report) had a terrible attitude. I thanked her for checking us out and her response was "Ummmm" not even a "Uh huh or thank you or come again." Definitely won't be back here as there are several other sandwich shops...

Well, I have no complaints, I'm driver. I live in a city in northwest florida but, I have been visiting this subway for the past 2 years and at least 3 times a week and I had no problems. I have been treated in English and Spanish, always in good shape, it may be that the features on my face when speaking with anyone transmit serenity and friendship. The fact that it is a place of fast food does not mean that you throw the ingredients inside the bread and then they put it in your mouth, at the same time they ask you about your family, I would feel dazed to be like that, I want a food that is ready quickly but that I can eat it calmly and to be able to disconnect for 30 minutes from the speed of the world in which we live. Once again today I visited this sub, this time for breakfast, they treated me in Spanish, honestly, I felt like I had breakfast at my house. I am a lucky man, They have not treated me badly! Bueno, yo no tengo quejas, soy chofer, vivo en una ciudad al noroeste de florida pero he estado visitando este subway por los pasados 2 años y al menos 3 veces a la semana y nunca he tenido problemas. Me han atendido en ingles y en español, siempre en buena forma, puede ser que las facciones en mi cara al hablar con cualquier persona transmitan serenidad y amistad. El hecho que sea un lugar de comida rapida no quiere decir que te tiren los ingredientes dentro del pan y luego te lo metan en la boca, al mismo tiempo que te preguntan por tu familia, yo me sentiria aturdido de ser asi, yo quiero una comida que este lista rapida pero que me la sirvan con serenidad para comerla tranquilo y poder desconectarme por 30 minutos de la velocidad del mundo en que vivimos. Beware you may pay for food you did not get. After paying on the app and arriving at the store they said they did not have my order so I pulled the app up and show them and they said it looked like it was stuck in the app, even though I was already charged, they refused to make my food. And when I ask for the managers name, they said they didn’t know. It’s not about having an app issue it’s about how you handle the issue when you have one and how you treat your customers this principal does not appear to be taught to the management staff at this location.
