What can I say about Missy…flexible, patient, honest and knowledgeable. Missy made herself available at 7:30 pm (after most other mattress stores have closed). I told her what I was looking for and she walked me through the quality, pros and cons of each and understood how it would be used. She was pushy to just make a sell and gave me time and space to compare prices at other places.

Well, long story short I called her on a Wednesday morning with my decision to purchase and wound up buying 2 beds :). She also accommodated my need and delivered them the same afternoon!

I cannot say enough good things about Mattress by Appointment. I used them last year under different ownership and Missy and her husband were fabulous you work with. This year I returned to buy two more mattresses for my rental property and was delighted to meet Barry and Shawn who had taken over from Missy. The gentleman were just that, in every sense of the word: they were informative helpful, not pushy and very accommodating, not just of my time and schedule, but of my budget. And, the mattresses were delivered within hours, not days. They are the best and I recommend them with 10 stars!!! Thank you...

We bought two King size Malouf Hyperchill pillows from Shawn Callahan at Mattress by App’t OBX. These pillows are unbelievably comfortable, and very cool/chill. Way exceeded our expectations. Can’t say enuff about our interaction w/Shawn, even though we only bought a couple of pillows from him, he treated it like it was a massive purchase/outstanding customer service.
