So a few things. The staff there is not too friendly. Especially when it gets close to closing. I came in last minute as I didn't know what the hours were and stated that I wanted to buy a power washer and then was told that they were going to close the door soon. That wasn't too big of a deal I suppose so I came back another day. When I came back to purchase the power washer I was told that the price that was advertised on the machine $329.00 was going to have $69 added to it because they have somebody that puts it together and then they also said that it was a extended warranty. I didn't need the extended warranty nor did I have any intention of wanting to pay $69 for somebody who put a couple of screws together to put a handle on the power washer. This is extremely dishonest to your customers. Not to mention forcing them to pay $69 for something they didn't ask for. Almost all the stores we shop at off for the extended warranty but it's not a necessity to take it in order to make your purchase. That would literally increase the price point which I was looking at other power washers and now have decided to go a different route since their machine does not compare to some of the $400 price point models that I have found. Grand opening day: Had to stand in line but that's to be expected. Store was clean and stocked well. Employees were friendly and helpful. Prices were on the high side except for the sale items but that's to be expected as well if you've ever shopped their catalog.
