Such a swap meet , trashy , ghetto experience. I walked in the cashier is on her phone the entire time. She's talking to someone about a tattoo and breaking up with her boyfriend. She's has large breast yet she has on no bra with a head scarf. I wouldn't have focused on her appearance so much had she been more professional. I was in the store earlier that day and was I couldn't try in clothing inside the store. I respected the policy. I purchased my items. I took them home and decided to return 3 of them. I gave the cashier my receipt and ID with their 7 day return policy which I'm not a fan of. I returned all items with 8 hours. The cashier tells me she doesn't know why but it will only give me a credit for 1 item. I have 7 days to use the credit and I need to call customer service. Store was good on style collections, kinda over filled where one rack was so stuffed I could barely get in between the hangers.The ladies that were at the register were not very good on customer service.

One was on the phone having a personal conversation while people were waiting to be checked out.

The other lady didn't speak to any of the customer's besides saying ( next) and kept talking to her coworker in spanish, when my total came up she just looked at me and I had to look on the keypad for the total and pay what I saw.

I don't feel she was being rude she simply doesn't really speak English only Spanish. (*This is not a attack on Hispanic language or Spaniard decent if your a sensitive person!)

The reason for my 1 star review for this particular location is for the customer service I received or the lack therof. The girl behind the counter Keyonna called herself a manager and was not doing what I felt was her best to help me as a customer. The item I purchased was not returnable which I understood, but upon getting home it was torn. I took it back today to get another. There were none in my size and the girl refused to let me get something of equal value. She was also very rude and the other girl behind the counter thought the whole ordeal was and even laughed when I asked her counterpart for her name.
