I usually don't put any reviews on any business but this time I'm going to stand up for myself so I usually come to this Chick-fil-A for almost maybe 10 years or 7 years I never had no problem so I got approached by the manager and he was like also of my teammate they don't feel comfortable that you say something or I was like what I didn't say anything first of all if they feel like that they shouldn't be working in the public area because I'll come over there and get my food and go and you can look at the cameras but if you feel like you are entitled that you want to kick me out of there just let me know there's no problem but don't come up with stuff that doesn't have nothing to do with me and I really don't appreciate that because most of the people who work there are high schoolers so I know who I am but if you feel like that you shouldn't be telling people what to do there's a freedom of speech and I first of all never ask you or spoke to you in the first place it's just disrespectful to be like that because you are a high schooler so you want to give people in trouble for nothingwhen I'm usually come over there and eat my food and go I don't bother anybody or anything like that but if you feel like that that's cool with me but I'm not going to sit over here and just listen to whatever you got to say I don't need to come over there you are a business so you need my support to come and thank you so much Let me fix my previous review on Chick-fil-A also I want to add addition information so when I got approached by the manager he was like oh I'm going to tell you that before somebody else tell you that first of all I don't work for Chick-fil-A second of all I'm a customer and if you are hiring little kids to run your restaurant you should check yourself and also if you want to get the law involved I don't have no problem because you don't want a lawsuit come unto you so you got to understand how you approach people because trying to intimidate another human being doesn't work like that so check yourself and do your homework and just because you hire little kids doesn't mean we are responsible for their...

I been in this place for many times and things that very bothered me for a long times as food business owner here in town, non of the employees wear hair net nor gloves. I kept thinking did this employees had any magic that not to fall their hairs and their bare hands not touch anything other the foods. Food industry workers must wear hair net or gloves when preparing food specially fast food. Also I have a very bad experience one day, since than we never go back to spent our $$. That day we’ve a heavy rain, storms, lightning, after a few minutes of we get there (with my 2 yrs baby) we was on the 2nd line on the outer side, the rain was pouring onto my car I just thought I need to order at the pickup door, because I didn’t see or heard anyone order on the driveway nor no employee standing or told anything, I was on the line for over 45 minutes, when I get to the pickup door, the guy said I can’t order here and I should have order on the driveway or on the app! The rain was soo loud and pouring onto my car, it’s no way I can order it on the driveway but I didn’t think about the app while I was waiting, I was thinking to myself everyone order at the door. Long story short, the guy call his manager and she said “they can’t take any order from here and I have to go back to the line” the line was pretty long, I told her i been waited for over 45 minutes with my baby please let me order and I will wait here on the other side but she said she can’t sent her co-worker out in the rain and the lightning but I was not trying to stand on the rain, they have the space on the side. Read moreI usually love Chick Fil A, but the last four times or so that my family has gone to this particular Chick Fil A in Killeen on Trimmier exit right next to the highway, they have either left something out, gotten our order completely wrong or the food was hard and old. I have never had this many issues with a Chick Fil A before. The staff is usually very friendly, the last issue we had a lady tried to fix it for my husband and I by giving us a free drink- which was fine and well until I went to pick it up a few days later and the assistant- in front of me and other employess talked trash about the woman who was trying to help my husband and me. The second woman(assistant manager) asked me what happened and when I went to explain she ignored me, then she started talking to another employee laughing and saying, “ I dont know why that girl is always telling people she will fix things she is not a manager.” I couldn’t help but think, A: she was right to help fix a problem that was your employees fault, and B: this is called customer service for a reason.
