Competency is pretty hard to find these days, it seems, but not here! These guys know their stuff. I'm a machinist, but I'm no mechanic. The manager, Chris, did an excellent job running diagnostic tests and pinpointing the issue, after my headlights died on the highway on the way home. Obviously I thought my battery was dying, but they tested everything, and it turned out to be a loose connection on one headlight and the other had just burned out by coincidence. A really odd circumstance, but instead of just testing the battery and throwing his hands up, Chris tested the entire fuse box, then when they appeared good, he dug into the headlights (which are not easily accessed) and tested the physical connections.
