First time doing the condo rental. Wasn't sure what to expect but it met every need we had. Loved the place. Was a very safe area and bonus for quiet hours. We booked with them for a week vacation as we live in NH and it wasn't too far away but we needed a nice get away and the house and property looks beautiful. A week before we were supposed to leave we had a health emergency and we were unable to make our reservation. We called and spoke with them and explained things and they were very accommodating and helped our family in our time of need. ⚠️ Be careful with these people! I rented a property from them in Vermont through Airbnb. They advertise that the house has a Jacuzzi and other amenities, but then they charge you extra to use them. When you refuse to pay and try to cancel, they keep your money and completely ignore your messages. They follow their own “policy” instead of Airbnb’s rules.
