After reading the reviews I really wanted to give this place a try. I absolutely love turquoise and wanted some new kingman pieces. My family and I are on a road trip so this was an important stop for me considering I likely would not be able to come again. When we walked in we were greeted and everyone in there seemed very nice and very helpful. A female employee began to help us when another woman had walked in and clearly stated she was intending to purchase something. Immediately the man working in there, who I assume is the owner, told the female employee helping us to stop and to help the customer who had just walked in. It threw me off because I felt it was rather rude but brushed it off thinking he would then help me out, he did not at all. In fact he lectured us about moving to another state where their foundation is bad. Making a joke about it once was fine but then to solely talk about that for the rest of our encounter and never once offer us any help was extremely rude. I was about to ask for a few items out of the case when another person had walked in and he immediately began helping him instead. After already being annoyed from our experience from the start I just decided this establishment was not a place that deserved the money I was intending to spend. Read moreFirst of all, I don't know why I see negative reviews on here.. Maybe some people don''t have nothing better to do or are just unhappy. But here some advice- kindness, respect, and maybe something called: patience would go a long way..
second, if yall need help just say something and I know for a fact, the owners will get to you. God gave us a voice box for a reason.I would like to think.
Thirdly, My experience there as been nothing, but amazing the owners are kind, loving wonderful people that always greets my family and I with a smile. :] and makes us laugh! They even knows my voice when I call " do you do engravings?" Ha! Never gonna live that one down.
They have beautiful pieces, that why i spend way to much money there! ❤ Ox No regrets!

Read moreHorrible. The first thing the lady at the counter explained that they only sell real turquoise unlike other stores in the area. This was the first RED FLAG! Why was the interduction an automatic bash on other local business! The man that works there raised his voice towards my 11 year old while she attempted to show a rock to another child AS HE STATED TO HER"she is not worthy of touching stones do not let her touch them put it back". My daughter was showing my granddaughter not handing it to her.Second RED FLAG!We immediately left the store as not to give this mad man any other reason to be disrespectful. I attempted to address this issue via phone, I was told by the lady that answered, that she has had kids come in and throw rocks on the floor and walk out. I FURTHER explained that my child was not disrespectful, that it should not be an assumption that every child that comes in, is going to destroy her merchandise. She promptly hung up on me.THIRD RED FLAG.We'll never shop...
