This place was okay. The atmosphere was interesting, sandwiches/paninis were okay (when I got potato chips as a side, I wasn't expecting a bag of Lays), and the wait was okay. The main turn off for me was that the man behind the counter seemed like he wasn't happy being there which just added a flat note to lunch. He was on his phone in plain sight behind the counter, and I understand that nobody new was coming in, but there were still plenty of customers inside he could have checked on or even just gone back into the kitchen or backroom or whatever so we didn't see his uninterest. There is a stain glass hand made table and dozens of Mermaid items in the place that is named after 'Siren's' a term used by sea-men for generations for Mermaids. People that eat there frequently bring in their Mermaid photos or ceramic items and this adds to the decorations.
