Bit of Heaven — Local services in Kingman

I came into Bit of Heaven to get a fill on my acrylic nails for my wedding that was coming up. I asked for a style that seemed very simple but apparently wasn't. It was a white acrylic nail with a little bit of light pink glitter at the top of the nail by my cuticle. Sue did my nails and did a glitter acrylic to fill them. She then had Ray do the polish on my nails. At first the nails themselves didn't look too bad, but the more I looked at them the more I realized they were horrible. The acrylic was on my cuticles, they were uneven, one was thick and one was thin, they had barely any shape to them. But the Polish that was on my nails was the worst part of it all. It was more like an ombre mix rather than just a white nail with a glitter on top, the sides and the tips of my nails weren't even painted... I was at The salon for 2.5 hours for a fill that cost me $50 for what was supposed to be my wedding nails. I chose not to have them fix them because I didn't want them more ruined. Since I did tell them they were for my wedding nails and they still made them look horrible. I will not be returning and thought people should know about the work...

My first appt, walking in to the Salon, it immediately felt like hanging out with longtime friends. So welcoming, sincere friendliness and amazing professionalism. Bit of Heaven has been such a great place to go so I can get my nails and hair done. All of the workers are so pleasant and a joy to get to know. Jaidan is always so helpful in putting the right color of nail polish on my fingernails and toenails. Julie is always so great at putting the right color in my hair, aim also how to cut it too. Anthony is always a joy to talk to when I come, and I get to pick on him. Grandma Sue is always a delight to see so I can ask her to take care of my eyebrows to wax. She then tells me every time to make sure nobody else allowed to take care of them. I love how much they care of the place to make sure that it's always clean, along with the bathroom.
