The Human Bean — Restaurant in Kingman

I've had two experiences with Human Bean so far. As far as the employees go, they are very friendly. There is no problem with their service, but the product is just mediocre. My first order was a breve, and I am sorry to say, but it was the worst breve I've ever had. My next order was a simple Americano. I wouldn't say it was the worst, but it wasn't that good. I hate to say it, but Human Bean doesn't compete with places like Starbucks (which I am not a huge fan of) and Dutch Bros (which I am a huge fan of). Pricing may be a little cheaper. I will say that the one thing they offer that is not found in Kingman are Italian sodas. My kids love them. They do offer some food items that are a bit different from other places. I do like that they offer RX Bars and I saw an advertisement for handmade breakfast burritos (I have not tried these). Very friendly window service, however, they were out of the food items we ordered and unfortunately the drinks were no good. The Americano was a 12 oz but much too watery and the wet cappuccino was a latte, not a cappuccino. No foam at all. Also we could taste no espresso in it which is a problem. We are traveling and so were unable to return for a remake and they were unable to offer a refund for the capp, and the person we spoke with was argumentative about the drink and wasn't listening to my complaint. I have tried and tried again to get my coffee here. I can’t do it no more. They have never got my drink right. Just now while driving out of town my husband and I decided to give it one more try. And what do you know, not right. We ordered two large hot sugarless mochas made with oatmilk and with powered cinnamon. Sounds simple right, apparently not. They weren’t made with oat milk and they did not put enough of the mocha flavoring in them. How do I know this, well both coffees are light tan color and the flavor is not there and they are not creamy as it is when it is made with oat milk. So bummed because we love our human bean in...
