Whether you need to sell, get a loan or purchase an item, I can recommend USA Pawn enough. They took care of me when I needed a loan and worked with me when things were tough. They treated me like family and never made me feel any shame due to my circumstances. When things got better, they had my items and were so happy I was able to get them back. There are a lot of places you can go and they are very friendly, but when or if you run into an issue will they contact you or work with you? I learned the hard way that other places won't and you can kiss your valuables goodbye. Unfortunately, that did happen to me and it was and is a very painful lesson. USA Pawn DID NOT do that to me when they had every right too. Instead they went above and beyond what they needed to do. They called me, checked in with me and my situation and worked with me. THEY WANTED to make sure that I got my items back and did everything they could to give me that opportunity. Because of them, I was able to get back some very valuable items. I asked them WHY would you do this when the OTHER place said "calling me" was just a "courtesy" even though they had very expensive items that they knew meant everything to me. I thought and was wrong that they would take that into consideration before selling my items. Just a phone call or text would have been nice especially before knowing they were going to be offering it up for sale. Even if a call to say "Hey you didn't pay the interest and your stuff is going up for sale, if you want to buy it back this is what it will cost" Giving me 1st right of refusal. But no didn't get that call, text, email etc...But USA Pawn treated me with such respect and care. They said I was a great customer and wanted my business in the future. They said we know you got some hard times but things were gong to be coming in and felt it was the right thing to do! My only regret I have with USA Pawn was that I didn't bring the other items there, but that was my fault not theirs! AGAIN, EVERY SINGLE PERSON AT USA PAWN WAS WONDERFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND SHOWED A LOT OF CARE. If I am ever in this situation again, I KNOW WHO I CAN GO TO AND TRUST! Went into USA Pawn & Jewelry just by a whim today. I was greeted by two extremely friendly & courteous gentleman. Matt was so kind to show me around the store and gave me a little background on how USA Pawn & Jewelry works. This shop is not like the "mom and pop shops" that will hang onto items forever with the same price. These guys actually have items that go on sale and even clearance. "WOW" was I surprised. I had no idea pawn stores had clearance or even sales. Clearance and sales are just up my alley so point me in that direction and I told him. He asked me what I like to purchase and he guided me in that direction and by my surprise I found a few items that were way less then I actually thought they would be. I will say Cindy is an awesome sales rep for sure helped me find a laptop (bought for myself as a bday gift)specifically to use for video editing. The following day was my bday so I wasn't home until late that night. I charged the laptop an was able to get it set up. Took less then 10 minutes to set up and the battery dropped to 20% and the screen went black right after. Paid for the protection plan and was told I could swap it out for a different one if the one I got didn't work properly, well that wasn't the case took it back couldn't swap it out and only got a portion of what I paid for it because it was passed their 24hr return policy. Got it 9/25 and brought it back 9/27 wouldn't even stay on long enough to factory reset it. Lesson learned to not shop...
