Kingman Furniture — Local services in Kingman

I live in Laughlin, and the local furniture store in Bullhead City that sold me some LaCrosse electric reclining furniture 2 years ago is out of business. The sofa had a breakdown a few months back, and no one near me seems to be able to get the parts needed for the repair. Lord knows, I've tried!

Last Wednesday (03-11-2020), I stopped by Kingman Furniture unannounced on my way from Phoenix and shared my long sad story with Dave about the failed switch or motor or both on one end of the sofa.

After getting some info from me about the furniture, he was on the phone to LaCrosse immediately to inquire about replacement parts. After the call, he also offered to hook me up with a repair guy to bring the furniture back to life!

A few days later, when Dave had the the info I was awaiting from LaCrosse, he immediately called me for my OK to move ahead with the order.

It seems amazing to me in this day and age that someone who has never laid eyes on me as a customer would be so helpful and accommodating.

In the future, I will be happy to drive a little further for furniture purchases.

Update, 07-04-2020

With the pandemic underway, it took a few months, but Dave called me on 06-19 to let me know that the motor and switch had finally arrived in Kingman.

He told me he would arrange to have the parts brought over the following day to my place in Laughlin and installed.

On 06-20, within an hour of his arrival, Lane, a very courteous and competent young man, had diagnosed the problem and had the faulty switch replaced.

As I sit here, comfortably reclined on the once "motionless" electric reclining sofa, another big THANK YOU to Dave and Lane for providing...

New to Kingman, looked many places, and Mr. Dave seemed the most interested in helping us find what we wanted and giving us exceptional prices and service, bought a Desk, bookshelf , and a TV wall unit, and are Very Happy with everything, and would recommend and advise everyone to check out Kingman Furniture before you make that purchase!!
