Kingman Craft House — Restaurant in Kingman

We have been wanting to try! Last night my husband & I went for dinner. Sat there for 15-20 minutes before we even got water. We each ordered a drink and waited another 15-20 minutes. Finally ordered. After an hour of waiting our waitress apologized for the wait and told us they dropped our food! Why in the world would you tell a customer that! My husbands was saturated in grease. I had chicken tenders and I could hardly cut it with a knife it was like cardboard! Another waitress offered me another glass of chardonnay on the house but it came warm, not chilled. She gave me a glass of ice! They said they would discount our bill. Well, they did.. $1.00 Their little sign says "cooked fresh" they should probably revise that statement ... We won't be back. Very disappointed. According to "next door" people and their comments 1 person out of 9 said it was horrible with similiar...

A very nice staff, a very nice venue for live music and very, very, VERY good food. The burger is absolutely full of flavor and the accent that by a perfect balance of sauces, cheeses, lettuces and other toppings of your choosing and the bun is the perfect ratio of soft and "stuffable" (and by stuffable I mean that even though the burger is juicy, the sauce is saucy, and the toppings are... Toppingsy... It holds together perfectly). The sides as I glanced around at other choices (we both picked the house chips) looked fresh, and every single person in the restaurant took every bite of their selections with a satisfied smile. If you're going through Kingman, you really should consider this a destination for a great meal, great atmosphere, and great service. Would I recommend this place? Yes. Yes I would. Would I put this on a bucket list of restaurants? .... Why yes....

So my first time there and we were working nearby and wanted a drink and food so google pointed us here. So my buddy and I got there and we were expected to know what to order without seeing the menu. So I asked what's good and she told me smash burgers sliders. I was asked how I want my burger I asked for medium I got well done. With some nasty special sauce I did not ask for. So I ordered the beef taco flavor less and the chicken taco fell apart, flavor less. Then I trying to order shots the bartender blew me off after I paid my bill. Not going back the burger got 2 stars because I liked the bun and lack of craft beers was disappointing. Stay away if you like flavor in your food! Would not go back! A lil seasoning goes a long way! Then I asked about karaoke and she said just water drinks no one wants to...
