Before I go on to breaking this down into sections of first like to applaud the cooks, managers, customer service cashier's and even down to the delivery driver that delivered the food to my house on ryan. You all went above and beyond on not only your customer satisfaction, as well as on y'all's cooking itself, the chicken broccoli alfredo I had was muta bella on presentation, not only that but the quality was proven to be made with Amore! Your garlic bread was easily noticeable to be made within a wood fire pizza oven and made well at that, it had a nice tan with a hint of the charcoal color, just the way I like my bread, crispy on the outside chewy, warm and fluffy on the inside. With just the right amount of garlic and herb made butter to be put on that bread to make garlic bread, it wasn't overbearing, neither was it not enough, it was just perfect. The Italian sub I ordered was not only more than we expected but with only one order of extra meat for the meats on the sub for only 50 cents each per extra made it to where my roommate can eat off it for two days by herself off half a 12" sub and still be able to feed her husband who eats alot like I do. We requested cheese to be added to it as well as to have it toasted, when it came here from the restraint after the 35 minute wait from cooking time to delivery, both the sub sandwich, chicken alfredo and garlic bread was still hot enough to burn you if you aren't careful with it when it comes to the alfredo. No complaints there as i like my food coming to me still hot, the delivery driver by the name of Denise went above and beyond as a delivery driver for me an my roommate when delivering the food and was such a nice, respectful, kind and caring person for a delivery driver. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that likes authentic to damn near authentic italian CUISINE, unlike some Italian restraints like to claim about their food here in kingman.
Now for the breakdown part of my review of what I didn't cover in detail: Chicken broccoli alfredo meal: not only was the meal still piping hot when delivered, but the smell of the alfredo sauce soon invaded my nostril with a hostile smell of bliss as I could tell that not only was the sauce homemade, but it was also made with a roux method and the two traditional italian cheeses used in actual traditional italian alfredo sauce. Upon opening my massive serving of food I took notice to the chicken, the way it was still holding onto juices with each chew of the chicken releasing the juices that was stored within the chicken when added to the alfredo. The sauce showed no signs of being burnt, overcooked, or undercooked and was very rich and seasoned quiet well, only thing I wished for the sauce was a bit more of a garlic flavor from the sauce. The broccoli was made apparent to have either been boiled or steamed first then added to the sauce and chicken mix while they were in the process of cooking the sauce from what i can tell. The fettuccine noodles they used didn't taste like store bought noodles, but actual freshly made homemade noodles for the meal itself, the dough of the noodle was gentle to my palate, not overbearing at all in the sense of flour or starch, was cooked perfectly and just accented the meal perfectly as it absorbed the alfredo sauce quiet well.
Garlic bread: same as stated above, but what I found profoundly skilled was the fact that not only was it freshly made dough most likely, but it wasn't heavy on the flour coating on the top or bottom of the bread after it's finished process.
Italian sub sandwich 12": was honestly expecting cheap meat and a miniscule amount of meat, but the meat tasted fresh and as if it was stored in a proper storage system to maintain it's freshness if they didnt make it freshly sliced meats that day, it was a healthy amount of meat and was toasted and made very very well.
Upon completion of my review, if any of you are looking for a great place to eat, though it may be a little pricey in your eyes, the money is well spent as you get good quality food, but also your...
Read moreOrdered delivery. Arrived early but. It was delivered to the house down the street. Kinda odd my neighbors porch light was out . Mine was lit with address under it. Got a call from a lady who sounded half baked. She started with you didn't answer the door so I left it at the door. Odd I'm sitting 5 feet from the door. I open the door and she's driving off looking at me shrugging. I call her back and said wrong address but thanks. I walk outside no pizza . I walk next door no pizza I walked next door to next door. And I found it. I take it hime I flip the lid and sure enough it's a large combo with garlic. I get a few slices in and I agree with others the sauce it a touch to sweet and a touch to salty. Crust is well nothing special. The food overall is what you would expect. 3 out of 5 stars is generous Leaves room for desire. And while finishing my second slice I bite into a plastic things like a nylon brush thistle on a pan scrubber. And it's official so far kingman is lacking a good mon and pop pizza joint I've had better service and product for chain stores. And I hate to say it because I'm a firm believer in the people. Great American pizza in golden valley is the closest mon and pop pizza shop that will have you going wow. 👌 and no I'm not related to them . I'm a culinary grad and a chef of many years so . I'm giving my honest opinion 🤷. The owners should come to the table and solve some of these repeat issues customers are reporting. Some ingredients are good and some are good and could be better the pizza is more a bread recipe and not a pizza dough. And the so called e cost classic sauce. Not a great choice. And I've had east coast pizza....
Read moreWe ordered the lasagna and the spaghetti with meatballs. We arrived @ 2pm. No body else in the establishment but ourselves and the waitress/cook. We had to wait, but no problem, we had the newspaper to read and pass the time. About 25 minutes later, we received our food. The lasagna was cold, and the spaghetti was less than expected, hmmm. The establishment can make a great pizza, but that seems to be the end of their culinary ability. The sauce for the spaghetti had no seasoning period. The sauce was just tomato sauce and tomato paste with a half a cup of sugar no seasoning no even salt. The meat balls were stale hamburger and no seasoning. To be truthful and not to be cruel, the hamburger tasted like it was freezer burned. The Two " dinners" were to be accompanied by a salad. The salads never arrived. We ordered an extra order of garlic (?) bread. We only received 3 pieces of toasted bread, minus the garlic. We ordered colas for our drink which were mainly carbonate water. We did not eat the food, but had ordered it and ask for a doggy bag. Our dog thinks dry dog food is great, so this would not be a dissappointment to his iron stomach.
In short, We received exceptionally poor food and no service. When we ask about the fare, We explained our disappointment, and ask about the salads. We were given credit for the salads, but were informed that the lasagna had been in the oven for 25 minutes. In short this is our "best, For Kingman to have such poor quality food is a crime. As I said before, their pizza IS OK.. Save yourself the misery of the rest of the menu and shy away from the sit down meals in this...
