Purchased mattresses for our kids shortly after moving. I did not rent them, & purchased them out right. They said we could get brand new ones, no problem so we purchased 4 mattresses. The mattresses were delivered the following day. One of them had no plastic & is stained!! We asked them if it was new and they assured us it was. My kids frames hadn’t arrived so the mattresses were propped up on walls while waiting for the frames. We put them on the bed frames a few days later & the next day upon waking up, my daughter has a rash on her body. The next morning, it happens again but worse. It’s all over body & it’s raised. We took her to the ER because she was having a really bad reaction. I then go home & take the mattress off the bed and look at it. & there are bed bugs ALL over her mattress. They are only in hers though, the only one not in plastic. I’ve tried calling multiple times with no call back! Save yourself the headache & purchase or rent elsewhere.
