I come to Ellianos every single day for coffee, and over the last year, I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service. I typically visit the St. Marys location, where I’ve had better experiences, but today I stopped by the Kingsland location and was very disappointed.
Despite only two cars being in line, the wait was unusually long. I observed an employee at the window conversing with one customer for over 10 minutes before even processing their payment for 1 drink. Once that car moved, the line finally started to move a bit quicker.
When it was my turn to order, the staff didn’t seem very friendly or attentive. I wasn’t asked if I had the app or a phone number to apply to my order, and even after I mentioned it, I had to repeat myself twice before it was added. I had two separate orders, and the process felt disorganized and unprofessional.
It seems like this location could benefit from stronger on-site management to improve both customer service and efficiency. For now, I’ll continue making the extra drive to the St. Marys location where the service is much...

They say open until 8 during the week, but if you get there at 7:55 they are already closing down, so no service. That happened to me tonight. On Friday and Saturday they have told me they're supposed to close at 9, unfortunately I have gone at 8:45 and the place is dark. It's not a close drive for me to ether Location, so to arrive and have it closed during hours they say they're supposed to be open makes me quite upset. I'm not sure why they aren't able to maintain the hours they are supposed to be open, but it's going to cost them customers. I don't really like Starbucks, but they are open when the say, and will even stay 5 ot 10 minutes later if they have customers in line. The window drive up design with no ordering speaker is a poor design when trying to move customers quickly. Periodically someone comes out on foot with a handheld device to take orders however if you're in the other line people who got there four or five cars after you wind up leaving before you. They recently rolled out an app that is it necessarily ideal. Sometimes it glitches where I cant use it and the process to recoup your points later from a receipt is ridiculous. They tell you at the window to scan the QR code on the receipt but the QR code on the receipt doesn't really do anything. Oddly enough, you can pay through the app if you order ahead of time however if you order at the window you can't pay through the app. The only thing you can do with the app at the window is scan for your...
