Until recently I didn't have any problems with this particular location, food was always good and staff was friendly. There must have been a significant change because when I came in a couple weeks ago I went in for lunch and ordered a veggie sandwich. The woman taking my order asked if I wanted to add mushrooms. I replied no, I didnt want mushrooms. I get back to work, open my sandwich and it was absolutely loaded with mushrooms. I didn't call and complain, mistakes happen so I picked them off and ate my sandwich. Last night (5/16/9 approx. 7:45pm) I went in for dinner with my family, we ordered sandwiches, this time I stressed that I did not want mushrooms on my sandwich more than one time. I get home, open my sandwich and again, it's loaded with mushrooms. My husband called to complain and the "manager" defended their mistake but said he would remake the sandwich. When I drove all the way back I asked for credit or some reimbursement for my inconvenience and time and money wasted. He said "there is nothing I can do ma'am." I said then I wanted a full refund and I'll contact your corporate office. He said with snark "please do!" To top off the experience, when I went in the 4 people working were too busy helping themselves at the soda machine and playing around like children to notice they had a customer waiting at the counter. Read moreusing this app for ordering is a mess. We tried using the app while driving through the Kingsland GA store (FHS #959) and the app would not take the payment I had. "something went wrong.. We cannot process request" so we just went into the store ordered. I got an email later that evening saying it processed my request and charged my account. Called the store and "shift manager" could not refund my account unless I came into the store. Spoke with two different "shift leaders" who took my number down and said they would talk to the manager (who was not in on multiple different occasions I had called to get this resolved) I still have not received a phone call. Read moreMy wife and I went there for dinner last night 03/02/22. I ordered a NYC Streamer and the bun was completely soggy and inedible . Now I would under stand if I had a 30 min drive but I have a four min drive home from there, so all I can understand is the buns can’t last four min. As well my wife ordered the hook and latter with no onion and mayo. What we received was a poorly made Italian with strips of plastic in it that look like they came off the bags of meat. It as well had a soggy bun. I still have the plastic that she almost ate (which at first we thought where onion slices) we will never return to a place like this that doesn’t value...
