First the ice tastes like it’s from filtered water so it really lets the flavors speak for themselves. My son Bryson (he’s on the autism spectrum) decided he wanted to go up all by himself & order.. I was super nervous because sometimes people are rude to people who are a little different.. this was NOT the case! Whoever the cashier was helped my son complete his order & was SO KIND! Not only is it THE BEST shaved ice in ALL OF KINGSPORT, but it's THE BEST IN ALL OF THE SOUTH!! Greg is an incredibly nice guy with a great personality and has even allowed me to pay him back when I forgot my wallet at home. I can't recommend Brain Freeze enough!!!!!! Like, seriously...
