I was in a panic because I knew I couldnt afford a new phone when the one I had was working great til I dropped while cleaning it outside its protective case, I looked up who may fix since I knew the screen just separated from the bottom, I was hoping for the best, Well I did get the best ,the best price, the best service, I went online and made an appointment with Batteries Plus in kings port, the girl, Erin, said come back in hour and half, she called in 30 minutes and said I'll have you ready in five minutes, you can come by anytime to pickup!!!!!! Friendly greeting upon entering Batteries Plus. Agent quoted me $239.00 to replace a broken screen on my Galaxy 8S phone. Wow, that sounds like a lot more than I expected. I Departed and checked with another local repair facility in the Pinnacle Plaza at Bristol. Their quote was even higher. I returned to Batteries Plus in Kingsport and as far As I can tell Erin did a very good job replacing my screen. She had my phone ready for pick-up within 2 hours of drop-off. Everything appears to be working perfectly normal and as new. To wrap it up Reatha gave me a 10% discount at checkout. Nice, friendly, competent staff. Very happy....

I just want to say these people are hands down amazing!! All 3 employees were just super helpful and nice. Aaron and Josh assisted me with getting my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra screen repaired. I had to wait a little longer than i expected but they were super slammed! As i waited I saw 10 if not 20 people walk in and they always had a smile on their face and Josh was super kind. I paid 260$ plus tax for my screen which was nearly 80$ cheaper than the JC store. I highly recommend this store. You won't be unhappy. It took away all the damage and it works great.
