BEWARE!! If you are conservative stay away! These people require masks still but can not provide any scientific basis or studies as to why. I was told when they called to confirm that I would have to wear one. I asked why & she said her boss, the owner "Dr" Ziegler rule. I wasn't happy but I asked her 3 times if my 5 yr old would have to & she said no. I would have canceled if she had said yes, but she said no. So I drove the 50 mins to the center & right away the tall, thin brunette had a very condescending tone with me ordering me to put a mask on. I asked why & all she could say is because you have to. I explained my health condition despite HIPPA laws & she didn't care, she laughed. So I pulled a Trump mask out (which I had brought on.purpose because I wanted to see what the reaction would be & I was right)- she got even more condescending & then stated she needs to wear one too. I said I was told yesterday several times she wouldn't have to otherwise I would have canceled. She said as she stood crossing her arms in front of her, "go somewhere else then". She then said, "regardless of what your beliefs are..." & I interrupted & said, "this isn't about me "beliefs", this is about science but now you are discriminating & forcing my child to wear one strictly because of my mask". At that point the "Dr" came out & attempted to touch my child & said, "Isabella, I wish you well..." I stopped him & said, "Don't you dare speak to her after you're trying to cause her harm on purpose!" Then childishly I wished them...

Wonderful staff and doctors. So caring. Explained everything in layman's terms. Was able to assist us in finding an ENT to take care of a few minor issues with our brother-in-law before we can get his hearing aids. Were extremely patient with him. The doctor administering the test caught him lip reading the first two words and immediately covered her mouth!! Highly recommended!!!

Dr. Zeigler showed our brother-in-law Pete how to clean Jo's heating aids out, as they were getting gunked up which was affecting the performance of them. In addition, Dr. Zeigler told Pete how many hours a day on average he was using the heating aods. We're amazed that the technology today csn do things like this. Again I rate Dr. Zeigler 5 STARS!

My brother in law is currently in a nursing home and couldn't make this appointment to have his hearing aids cleaned and serviced. However Dr. Zeigler allowed me to bring them in. He took care of cleaning and servicing them for me and I was able to get my brother in law back his hearing aids to the nursing home. Once again I rate Dr....

Dr. Zeigler has cared for my daughter for over 15 years. When we moved from Virginia it was difficult to find an audiologist who would be her advocate and hearing case manager. In fact we tried two others, the last one saying she was too busy to manage my daughter!! Yikes! I was so happy to hear about this practice and Dr. Ziegler. He is so wonderful and caring.
