I am honestly without words and want to start by saying that Iām not fond of leaving bad reviews but when the service is horrible I have no choice but to let the whole world know. This review is solely about the service provided. I ordered a personal meal from this restaurant and arrived 25 minutes late from the time the application said the order would be available for pick up. So far all is good. I check in via the app stating that Iām here. Now I have a question to the world, if a business states that they have curbside pick up, shouldnāt they be able to provide curbside pick? I waited 5 minutes after checking in using the app and ended up calling their number which had me go through some prompts and got connected to some ordering service rep. I told them that I had been outside waiting for my order for about 5 minutes and asked if I needed to go inside to pick up the order. They told that I donāt need to go in and to just wait in my car and they would notify the store. So I waited 13 minutes and called, this time I spoke with a lady at the store and told here that I have a curbside pick up and asked again if it was required of me to go inside to get my order because I have been waiting and no one has come out. Her response was, no. She was going to get my order and be with me shortly. 2 minutes had passed and yet nothing. Now this is the interesting part. Everyone might ask way didnāt I just go in and get my order? I am a caregiver and work with individuals with intellectuals disabilities, I canāt just get out of my car and leave my individual alone. So at first I thought they were busy but when I saw three people go in and simply come out with there orders I had to call again to make one final attempt. I get someone on the phone and they simply hung up. I at this moment was furious. I go in and tell them Iām waiting for someone to bring my curbside order to my car and they both look at me as if Iām crazy and they have no clue what I am talking about. I was asked for my phone number and then he looked up the order and went ahead and gave my order that was conveniently in the waiting oven they have close to the register. But still forget to give me or offer me my drink that is paid for and on their receipt. I had to ask them for it and once again got that crazy look a if they didnāt know what I was talking about and then said to grab a drink from the fridge nearby. This is by far another business on my crappy list of horrible customer service. Will I buy from here again? Maybe. But only if Iām going to go in to get my order. Donāt have on an app that you offer something that you are not ready to supply. Just simply do what other businesses do. They tell you no curbside. Just pick up or walk in. This is ridiculous. But to top it off the horrible service when I called and went inside. This is just crazy. Things nowadays have lost its essence when it comes to customer service. I placed an order on their app @8:12pm where it said the order will be delivered in 30 minutes, estimated time was 8:42pm. Needless to say at 8:50 I was calling the store asking did my order depart. The person who answered the phone asked the name and number which I provided and they had no recollection of such order like it was nonexistent. So here I am lost wondering what is going on. As Iām looking for somewhere else to order from I receive a call from an anonymous person claiming to be my delivery driver from Pizza Hut @9:20pm over an hour after my order was placed. When I spoke with the driver I asked why did it take so long he said he had a flat tire, like why wasnāt I informed that my order was gonna be delayed? I ordered on the app they had a contact number no one called. I called them they said there was no order under my name and number. Then to add to that I paid the guy and said how I find it highly irresponsible on their part that it was my problem that their delivery driver had a flat and I was highly unsatisfied with the service, only to go inside and discover my food was cold and nasty. Best thing was 5 minutes after that Pizza Hutās store manager calls my phone very disrespectfully and tells me if I can not be nice to their drivers to never order from their store again. Never had I ever encounter an experience like this one before at any Pizza Hut and never will I ever again because no one deserves that. This establishment will never get my business again, theyāre customer service is down right terrible not calling anyone telling them whatās going on, lying to customers about their orders, like this is truly unacceptable, last thing I want is spending my money on lousy service, cold food, and to be spoken to like I was the one who was disrespecting and lying. Dasher on the way to store for pick up.....AN HOUR later Pizza Hut app notifies me that the store canceled my order, then doordash tells me the same thing. Both apps tell me call the store. I call the store, get recording saying they busy with customers and please hold, next thing I know a lady with a heavy accent picks up telling me I was selected fir $100worth if stuff. I tell her I want to speak to someone about my order being cancelled. She says she can't transfer me to the store until I give her the information she needs. The proceeds to ask for my name, email, address, and FULL credit card number. I refused to give any info when she gave me the list of items she needs from me, other than my name. She then tells me if I refuse to give her this info she can't help me and hangs up on me. Three more calls to that number all result in the same thing. They can't see the full credit card number on their end so I was concerned why they were asking for that. I have now called the corporate number I found on Google. Gone to the store twice (manager, per one of the workers at the store, has been out for health reasons for months and no one seems to know how to do a refund), I even went throught eh contact us chat on their website as that is the only customer service option. And here we are a week later and I still have not received the call back the chat said I would get, not a word from anyone at the store, and STILL NO REFUND FOR THE ORDER THE STORE CANCELLED. How do I get in touch with someone who can help me...
