Had a $200 gift certificate for eyelash extensions. Called to schedule appt last Monday. Erin busy, but would call back. Never did. Called on Saturday only to be told they no longer provide this service. No reason given. When I voiced my disappointment, was told i could use for another service, which i don't need. Refused to give me half the value of the certificate and got very nasty with me. I said I'd post my comments on FB, and they hung up on me. A few minutes later, Erin called me. She very loudly stated the reason this service is no longer provided is the glue they used was substandard and harmed customers eyelids (yikes!). She also screamed at me that I was rude to post a negative comment. Excuse me, is this not America? And Erin, do yourself a favor...be kind. It doesn't cost...

It has been several years since I’ve been to a salon, because I am very hard to please, and lose faith in people easily. Union and Main was the first Salon I walked into and knew I wanted to try just based off of my first impressions of how nice everyone was greeting me. I took a chance on Jess and I can honestly say this is the first time I haven’t gone home disappointed or looked in the mirror and tried to figure out how I could fix my hair. I went to get my hair cut after years of putting it off because of a very bad experience at a different salon, years ago. I finally decided it was time to get it done and I am so happy I did! This salon is great! The environment is upbeat, friendly and very clean and welcoming. Their COVID regulations are great and ensure you feel safe at all stations.
