I recently visited this Starbucks through the drive-thru and had a disappointing experience. After waiting a few minutes to reach the window, I was handed my drink but had to remind the staff that I still had pastries in my order. One of the pastries was cold by the time I got it. When I asked for a fresh one, the staff member refused, offering to reheat the old one, which I had already touched. Not only was this unsanitary, but she also argued with me, blaming the delay on me when it was actually due to their slow service.
What made matters worse was the unprofessional attitude—after I called to express my concerns, she referred to me as "the cookie lady," which felt rude and dismissive. I’ve come to expect better service and cleanliness from Starbucks, but this location really let me down. I hope they can improve their service and food...
Read morePut an order in 20minutes befor getting there to pick up and waited in side another 20 minutes while associates talked and did not do their job!!!!! This order was for my granddaughter, on her way to school; left early to pick up before school, nonetheless she was late and couldn’t wait for her order so left; I came back to Starbucks to pick it up; still not ready (1hour after order placed online at 8:08 am). Finally a young girl helped and finally found order online. Management should be on top of orders placed online. I took my anger out on the one who helped me and apologized but this should not happen and I did ask for a Manager.
I will spread the word about the terrible service at this location. Possibly order 2 hours early online and maybe you will be able to...
Read moreThis is my usual Starbucks. The staff are all so nice and I feel like they could all be my friends haha. My only complaint is not about the Starbucks or the employees but the customers of this location. So many of the customers that come here are so rude. Ive gotten screamed at in the parking lot multiple times..the road rage of someone running late because they wanted to squeeze in Starbucks is intense! I have seen employees dealing with verbal abuse from enraged customers, grown men throwing worse tantrums then toddlers when there favorite cake pop is sold out over a little foam… ect. These employees are superstars for having such positive attitudes when having to deal with the disaster that is the (majority of the) human...
