Quality Equipment — Local services in Kinston

Would never do any business with this company again my tractor was at another quality equipments dealer where damage occurred to the shifter trying to diagnose a problem then with the Kinston store they wanted to charge over $3,000 to fix the problem to other dealer caused and replace two fittings that actually fixed the problems which I've had to tell them what to replace to fix the problem and then wanted to argue with me over warranty or not when the loader problems is still under warranty considering the loader is less than a year old very rude with me about the bill had to call corporate office now to refusing to ever work on my tractor again. Also as far as to build a front of me with never give me a estimate on repairs or approval for the repairs so if it wasn't something covered under warranty they decided to fix it and charge for it which is poor business ship. Their regular wear and tear and their response is them demolishing to joystick only wish I could post a video of the joystick about to fall...
