Verizon in general gets you on the bill.... I've had prepaid so long and they have talked me into a plan same price unlimited.... that if i pay on time (which i do) I can get a phone upgrade in a few months... etc... they talked me into it.... Didn't seem that big of a deal nothing was supposed to really change. But.. then I think my bill is due on the 25th the day I've always paid it and the day I first got this unlimited plan no bill is due right at 2 weeks sooner so after I paid to switch to the plan new bill was due in 2 weeks really makes no sense plus my Internet which mind you my bill is right at $82-$85 same as my prepaid cause we use phone for WiFi and we choose to save not having cable but just netflix and spending the extra for unlimited streaming is worth it.... but with the plan same price same. Supposedly unlimited my netflix reloads every few minutes the Internet doesn't seem to want to connect on other devices either... wish I'd stayed on the prepaid plan at least I know what I'm paying for and WiFi doesn't slow down...
Read moreI went to Verizon on 70 hwy by Rubi Tuesday. The Woman working there Goes By name of Jamie. Definitely not a customer rep I will ever like to work with. Came to pay my bill with partial gift card from Verizon which they told me when i activated my service that i could use at the store for that purpose . First thing out of her mouth we don't do that here. She was not willing to help. I did ask another agent very quickly he did helped me I will definitely recommend him HOWEVER IF YOU GO THERE AVOID WORKING WITH JAMIE NOT VERY GOOD IMPRESSION THE TYPE OF CHARACTER SHE HAS DEFINITELY A BAD TASTE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WONDER HOW SHE HAS THIS JOB. BECAUSE SHE IS FAR FROM FRIENDLY. VERIZON SHALL LOOK INTO STUFF LIKE THAT. IN ANY RETAIL BUSINESS CUSTOMERS NEEDS COMES FIRST. Read moreWhen I came in to get my phone looked at there was quite a wait. Your rep Mark was with another client but must have noticed my uneasiness and excused himself in order to acknowledge me and said someone would be with me as soon as possible. It turned out he was ready to help me before anyone else. Being that I was so frustrated with the issues I had been having with my phone rebooting itself a lot he was able to assure me that he would handle it and get me on my way as fast as possible. He was very polite and knew exactly what needed to be done. I was on my way out in less than 15 mins after I was called to the counter. He has great customer service skills and impressed me; which is very hard to do as I have been in the customer relations business for over 25 years. You've got an awesome employee and should be certain to acknowledge him for a job very well done!!!
